Dignifying Trough Education
Our two Founding Partners, decided to dedicate a portion of the firm’s profits to invest in the dignification, education and development of socially vulnerable women.
A 22-year-old journey.
Supporting Sor Maria’s commitment to impact the life of those less fortunate & vulnerable.
Becoming actively involved and joining the Board of Directors of Sor María Romero’s 60-year-old social works organization, allowed us to leverage the Firm’s strengths in capital raising and strategic advice to help the organization grow and increase its ability to better help socially vulnerable women improve their lives.
Sor María’s works focus on helping women of all ages, dignifying them by providing education to build new skills, medical and psychological attention, spiritual guidance, childcare services, legal advice, and also helping older women that live in poverty or extreme poverty. This led to a larger dream, a project called Ciudad Mujer.
Ciudad Mujer is a very ambitious project, which will modernize the works of Sor María Romero improving its facilities and capabilities to better serve and help women. The master plan calls for 10 stages. The first stage has been completed and the second stage is to be completed this 2020. This has been an immense achievement, and a way to perpetuate Sor Marías social and Cristian views and values.
